If it wasn't for the photos I wouldn't believe it. Sheena looks like she has been doing it her whole life, I on the otherhand look completely shocked.

This blog is dedicated to my little girl, Sheena Tara - a gorgeous little girl born in January 2006. Sheena has Down Syndrome and had some major health problems in her first 18 months of life, the most significant being West Syndrome or Infantile Spasms. She's now recovered from that, and well and truly making up for lost time. Welcome to Sheena Time!

How cool is that? fantastic!
Yay Sheena! You keep impressing your mama like that!
WTG Sheena! Joey has been starting to hold his bottle too!!
Well done Sheena! I remember sitting in a cafe waiting for the doctors surgery to open when Hannah first held the bottle for herself - I was so excited and had to use my mobile phone to take a picture. I love that red car - one day she may get to race the twins in it! As for the bum shuffling - a friend of mine whose son did that commented on how she could see the difference when comparing his climbing ability with hannah's however he had much better upper body strength which has its own rewards - especially with sitting for drawing, writing etc. Ultimately who would know if you were a bottom shuffler as a child or not?
yeah sheena!! that is great! mayson has been holding her bottle for about 4 months now and its such a help!!!
great picture of the two of you!
